Jones is one of America’s favorite plus size fashion model and is occasional actress. Jones was a contestant in the 3rd series of America’s Next Top Model, where she finished in 7th place but she was the most popular.
When she first appeared on Tyra Banks’ reality show, that was it… her moment of glory and success…A plus size Supermodel was born!
Whole world applaud Ms. Jones for her dramatically lost weight. She lost 15 kg weight off her body and the whole world was talking about her…Some people are just… instant hit in Public… and she is one of them.
It was 1st time in the history of ”America’s Next Top Model series”, she won “Cover-girl of the Week” not 1 not 2 not 3 but 5 times!!. She was recently voted as one of the most memorable contestants by AOL Entertainment.
Ms. Toccara is 5’9’’ tall and was 93 kgs when she started her carrier, She reduced her weight to 82kilos at the time of ”America’s Next Top Model” (2003). She later joined a weight loss clinic in 2005 and further came down to 76 kilos and she maintained that weight ever since. She has lost more then 15 kg in that time span. So if we calculate her BMI according to her present weight, it comes out to be 24.8 which is high but in normal healthy range.
She is getting her weekly therapy sessions done, eating healthy, whole foods, and doing a lots of exercise. Her food choices are raw, grilled or steamed. Fats are limited to a max 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil per day.
About food she says “ I eat a heavy Breakfast, That way’’ she says, “you have the whole day to work it off.”
Her diet as told by her diet experts at present is as following:
Breakfast: 2 pancakes with 1 cup live yogurt and a cup of green tea or 1 big bowl of Oat meal with soy milk and 2 whole eggs followed by a cup of herbal tea
Lunch: 1 cup green salad or 1 table spoon psyllium husk with 1 to 2 toasted whole grain bread and 1 big bowl of boiled beans with a dash of olive oil.
Snack: 1 cup coffee or a small fruit or a glass of soy milk
Dinner: 1 cup raw vegetables with 100 grams grilled fish with 1 cup brown rice or sometimes she has cooked vegetables and boiled beans adding a tea spoon of olive oil.
She occasionally munches on junk food no more then once a month.
Exercise:
She does a lot of cardio and goes to weight loss clinic regularly to maintain her trademark curves. She always carries a jump rope with her when she’s traveling. She says “I think jump roping is really good for overall the whole body. You can do it anywhere…sometimes I do it in the airport…and when I’m at home I do my ‘Fabulous Workout’ DVD.”
On most days she does 30 minutes of cardio and sometimes even weight training with light weights.
