In recent times, one of the best weight loss transformations has been of Sonakshi Sinha, the Dabangg girl who won millions of hearts with her simplicity & perfect ‘Indian’ figure. Well, she was not always this way. This 5 feet 6 inch damsel used to weight 90 kg a few years ago & had lost a whooping 30 kg for Dabangg, which was totally worth it.

Obviously this weight loss raised my curiosity & I started researching on her weight loss plan. So , here are some highlights of her weight loss plan you can benefit from as she share with media.

Sonakshi’s Weight Loss Diet

  • Breakfast : Cereal & Milk or Whole wheat Toast.
  • Mid Morning : A cup of Green Tea with some dry fruits
  • Lunch: Homemade Indian food, Roti & Sabzi with salad
  • Evening : A cup of Green Tea or some fruit
  • Dinner: She doesn’t have carbs after six. So, dinner is some protein food.

Sonakshi’s Workout

  • She goes to the gym twice a day.
  • Takes spinning classes along with Yoga from her instructor.
  • She does weight training in her regular fitness regime, working at it four to five times a week.

She also takes keen interest in working out  outdoors. She insists on playing Lawn tennis for that. And again, the key is to keep it simple & work hard both on what you eat & how you workout .

    i am also 30 kg overweight , i also started the gym & diet routine like miss sinha and i hope and wish for myself that will also get a nice figure like miss sinha.
