No, Sweat Suit does not burn twice the calories from same workout at all because if that was the case every Doctor in the world and every gym would have given sweat suits free when you enrolled there membership!!! Sweat suit doesn’t work at all here is how?
As the promoters of sweat suit say, it’s true that sweat suit will make you hotter and increase your sweating and you will lose around 1 kilo by the end of workout. The moment you will have water to quench your thirst you will gain back that water loss from your body and if you don’t gain back in 24 hours, then there is a problem!
