Before I give you some useful tips to have a good deep sleep, let me tell you about a medical problem that is faced by a lot of overweight patients which happens due to nasal obstruction and change in the size and shape of airways. This lung diseases caused by obesity is known as Obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS) which should be ruled out first. In obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS), there is a frequent pause of breathing during sleep, which is due to closure of the air passage in the pharynx. This problem may also be seen in Alcoholics and people who have hypnotic drugs.
Just read these questions below and answer as YES or NO.
If your answers have 0 to 3 YES:
You are probably not suffering from OSAS, so my advice to you would be to try these home remedies and let me know if they have helped you.
And If you have 4 or more than 4 answers as YES:
Chances are that you have OSAS (obstructive Sleep Apnoea syndrome) and you should meet your doctor or come to us for consultation to rule out this problem that can be really bad for your health in long run.
