Adriana as everyone knows is a Supermodel and has such a perfect Body that she has recognition as one of the Victoria’s Secret’s Perfect 10. Needless to say that Lima has a status as one of the world’s top fashion models.
She was aware of her talents, early in her life and tried her luck by entering in Ford Supermodel of the World Contest at age 13!!! And won 2nd place. Then she was Ranked Number 1 on AskMen.com’s Most Desirable Women list twice in 2004 and again in 2005.
To pursue her modeling she had to move to either Milan or New York and at age 16 she chose New York as her launch city, Adriana joined the Elite Model Management and further pursued her modeling career, landing a campaign for the fashion designer Anna Molinari’s clothing line and then, as they say was no looking back.
Even now at 30 she looks as stunning as she used to in her teens and this is a miracle by itself because she is mother of 2 beautiful children. She says “My favorite job in the world is being a mom! My family could not be more happy to announce this news!”
She is 5’10’’ tall and weighs around 55 kilos so if we calculate her BMI, it comes out to be around 17.3 which is below normal healthy range.

Before you thing that she is genetically fit and doesn’t have to do anything to maintain a figure to die for, let me tell you that Lima has a very strict diet and workout regime to keep her body at perfect shape.
Adriana Lima’s daily menu as told by media is as follows:
Muesli with plain yogurt and honey or raisins or she has oatmeal and egg whites along with a cup of milk or coffee.
She has 100 grams of roasted chicken, fish or red meat along with boiled vegetables for lunch
She is a bit sweet tooth like me)) so she occasionally has a spoon of honey or a bite of dark chocolate and sometimes she would just have some raw mixed vegetables.
She has some Vegetable salad with a dash of sprouts and lime.
Adriana loves boxing and believes that it is the most exiting workout for her to keep physically fit and ups the stamina for shooting. She also does Capoeira which is a Brazilian martial art which combines dance, music acrobatics and choreographed play fighting.
For variation and prevent boredom she occasionally does indulge in yoga, running and spinning classed.
