Aamir Khan was invited to have a wax imitation of him put on display at Madame Tussaud’s in London but he declined it, can you believe it. He said “It’s not important to me… people will see my films if they want to. Also, I cannot deal with so many things; I have bandwidth only for that much.”

And why not, they would like to make his wax replica, after all this man is having such a talent. “Taare Zameen Parone of the cutest films we’ve seen, is directed and acted by Aamir Khan, “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” was every girl’s dream movie, in  “Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar” he plays a character named Sanju who is knotty boy transforming to a goal oriented man, one of my best movies of all times, We still get goose bumps when he wins the race in that movie, he is that good. “Raja Hindustani” the very handsome very chocolaty man, “Rang De Basanti” revolutionary teenager,”3 Idiots” the most intelligent idiot you have seen……………………..actually I am exhausted so let me put it this way   …. The list is never ending!!!!. ,So I am getting back to what I am best at and that is to know what he eats

Aamir’s healthy diet on most of the days as told to the media is as follows

  • Before workouts:  fruits like banana or apple or even buttermilk sometimes
  • After workouts: brown bread sandwich with few egg whites or some cereals or bhurji with salads or omlette (only egg whites)
  • Snacks: tea with biscuits
  • Lunch: 3 rotis(jowar, bajra and wheat) some dal, vegetables and chicken,
  • Snacks: papaya, vegetable soup or coffee with some biscuits
  • Dinner: soups or juices along with two pieces of tandoori chicken for dinner or four egg whites

No rice, no sweets as he does not have sweet tooth and no drinks for Aamir. He used to smoke a lot of cigarettes but left smoking during shooting for his film Ghajini.

No wonder he still looks as young just like yesterdays!!!

Eat well and stay young for ever    :-)
